I have an issue with my voltage on a subpanel, the feed is all correct, but the main feeder legs read 149, 91 volts. when I check outlet it was 146, when I went down my panel and turned off breakers and turned them on one by one. I found one circuit made both legs balance. YAY, thought I had it figured, but I turned on another circuit and was fine, but I turned the lights on (LED) and it went back out of balance, yet opposite legs this time. any ideas of whats going on here?? Thanks for any help.
 
You will need an electrician to find the problem, they will have the experience and resources to correct. Do not wait on this as if it gets worse equipment damage is possible
