I need to add 2 100A electrical vehicle charging stations. Im not sure how to calculate wether my service can handle them.

A little detail on what you are adding these circuits to will help a lot.

Chances of adding them to a large commercial or industrial facility is much greater at having needed capacity than a small older dwelling that maybe still has a 60 amp service run to it.

Then next thing is 100 amps what they actually draw from supply, maximum branch circuit capacity, etc.

Its a three phase 120/208 panel each charging station draws 70 amps

Some of those units can communicate with each other so that only one charges at a time. There are also 3rd party controls that can do the same.
