NEC Section 230.70 A (2), states that "Service disconnecting means shall not be located in bathroooms." Is there also a code prohibiting the installation of a loadcenter in a bathroom? I can't seem to locate it in the NEC.

240.24e, prohibits the installation of overcurrent devices in bathrooms of dwelling units and guest rooms of hotels and bathrooms.

Bare in mind that only in dwelling units is this prohibitted. It is perfectly legal to put one in a commercial bathroom, but working clearance issues often seem to pop up.
