load count for commmercial metal buildings

120/208 3 phase what formula do i use to get my load count for ligthing and outlet my total square footage is 3200 on one buliding any 8750 on the other. my lighting are hy bay fluorscent ho.i have total 9 lights in the small building and 12 in the big building also eash building get 4 outlets
