Load for a self-serve yogurt store

Hi,
I am a consumer and new in this forum. I am planning to open a self-serve yogurt store with 6 yogurt machines. If anyone here has previously done electrical work for such a shop, what should I be looking at in terms of the approximate total load that is required for the space? Each yogurt machine requires 18A x 2= 36A (for 2 dispensers) three phase. The space currently has 100A going in with a 200A meter at the main panel.

You need to either hire an engineer or an electrician to do the calculations.
