load side bonding 250.102(D)

When do you have to do 250.102(D)? (load side bonding), As i look through the code it is not clear to me when it has to be done.

If you have a 480 volt disconnect switch with concentric KO's there would need to be a bonding jumper around the KO's on the load side. That would be sized according to the OCPD in T250.122.

250.96, 97, 98, and 100 list some of the area where bonding is required and, at times, require a wire type bond jumper.
