250.142(b)exception 2. could you show me an example where you would install the meter on the load side of the service disconect. or if anything, could you clarify this exception,exspecialy (a) & (b) of exception #2

Our POCO requires cold sequence metering on 277/480 volt services, (disco ahead of meter). I imagine that this is true for all of National Grid (RI, Mass, part of NH).
