lockable potentiometer

Good morning all,
I was wondering if any of you have ever seen or could provide me with a source of a Key Lockable 2K potentiometer. I'm applying it a slider conveyor and want to provide the department heads with frequency adjustment of a Yaskawa V1000 with out having to open the panel and mess with the drive itself. Key Lockable so the operator will quit messing with things. We have basically built a giant Ronco rotisserie, "We want to set it and forget it."

Some ideas come to mind.

1) Some sort of locking switch coverplate. A very quick search found these for standard toggle switches, but I don't know of a supplier for 22mm switches. See, for example: http://www.digitalfotoclub.com/sc/from-froogle.asp?id=964715950&rf=froogle&dfdate=7_8_2010

2) Use a momentary two position locking selector switch, and a motorized potentiometer.

3) Build a small 'control panel' that has its own lock.

Check these Allen-Bradley items out. It's 30.5 mm and 2500ohm. Not sure if that will work for you or not
