Not sure what you are asking for. Lockout - Tagout is an OSHA standard and I have seen a lot of variation in how it is applied. Most of the procedures I have seen used in PV work would be laughed at by an OHSA inspector, while they were writing up the violation ticket. Seriously, putting a piece of tape over a breaker in the off position is not lockout - tagout.
