For long runs, use a four wire RTD. That will compensate for the resistance in the conductors. Then choose the transmitter for the output you want.
Haven't encountered those myself, assuming this uses two conductors on each end of the RTD. Makes sense that would be even more accurate than a three wire system but you also would need the connecting device to support having four wires. Most everything I've encountered only had three input terminals. Seems would only be common where precision level has tighter tolerance requirements.
