Another option might be to just lay the rigid on the ground and cover it with a mound of dirt.

If you do this then it's underground in which case the cover requirements kick in. Rigid and IMC must be buried a minimum of 6" assuming foot traffic only.

I would rent a transit and find what my grade is or pull a jetline. Map it out to find the least elevation changes. What is the ground like, exposed rock, combo forest, field? Sure rail fence or chain. Piers could be wood or concrete, steel. I would plan on 8' separation to calculate qty., hit rock hammerdrill and stick a rebar and pour, maybe with a chunk of strut open on both ends embedded on top. Most could be scrapped from job sites. 40 pcs., don't forget teledata.
