Look at this beauty I came across today some PVC pipe some aluminum pipe . The best is the PVC pipe with metal compression connectors one of the conduits leaving this box is feeding a receptacle feeding the pool pump with no ground obviously

when I started in the trade, electrical parts were hard to come by, a small hwdr store or a contractor had some for sale. Now the big box stores have it all, so we end up with a mess like what is shown here.

Customer asked me to fix it I told him the only thing I'm going to do here is rip it out and start over
