Looking for 120V-rated, weather-resistant M+F plugs for sensors

Those are automotive connectors and are likely not listed. Did you look at the industrial connectors I posted earlier?

Sorry, I must have missed those. Those look like they would work as well.

This would be at an MSHA operation, so it is inspected twice a year. I definitely don't want the quick-connects to result in us receiving a citation, and certainly don't want to create a potential hazard.

I'll continue looking into these options and bring them to my supervisor, and see if we can get "approval" on using these. I do see these types of connectors at some of our sites for portable, pre-wired equipment, so these shouldn't be an issue

There are hundreds of connectors that can be used.

Go to Mouser, Allied, Digikey, Newark, or any other electronic distributor web site and you will be able to select from hundreds.
If price is not a problem, and high reliability in any weather or vibration environment is desired, look at Milspec D38999 aerospace connectors.

Milspec connectors were the first thing that came to my mind, too, but I didn't even know enough about them to know what they're called. I did a web search and found the Wikipedia page right before I read your reply. It has other different search terms for OP, if the ones you suggested aren't exactly what he wants.

So many choices...

I'll probably go to our local Intertek electronics store and get a physical look at some of these connectors, they almost always have what I'm looking for. From a quick Google search and looking through the catalog, the Milspec connectors don't seem too expensive or overkill, and the composite ones would probably work just fine as well

I use the 38999 connectors.

The biggest problem is that there are so many to choose from, and you mix and match the connectors, pins, backshells, cable clamps, etc.

Lots of companies make them, even Deutch mentioned above.

Use the crimp version of the terminals. Get the correct crimp tool for the selected pins, have spare pins and a pin removal tool.

I like Powell Electronics as a distributor for these.
