instead of typing all the reasons I believe this is a terribly formulated question that is causing the class to be confused over a simple concept-I'll just accept that I'm being pedantic and drop it.

It's states 'Equal', so when the thumb wheel variable is on 5, the red light will trigger on.

Not at 4.9 or less, and not at 5.1 or more. But at 5.

Pretty straight forward simple question.
