I just did an inspection of the electrical installation of a modular home due to the homeowners having many issues with the home(not only electrical) and filing a lawsuit against the manufacturer. during my inspection I removed probably about 15-20 outlets and every single one of them had loose connections. The outlets were Hubble 15A TR. I did find this curious however because out of all the switches I removed, not a single one had a loose connection. The switches were Leviton. Has anyone used these hubble outlets? I never use hubble in any residential installs I do, I think this was actually the first time I had seen this outlet installed. If you use these or have seen them have you had issues with the screw terminals remaining tight? Or do you think this was just poor installation by the manufacturer? I know modular homes suck and often times have problems so I'm chalking this up to poor craftsmanship rather than the quality of the device but I wanted to see if anyone else has any input on this situation.

Did you check the torque value of the screw terminals? Possibly they weren't tightened by the installer properly, which the manufacturer of the device has no control over.

I didnt see a torque value listed on the device, so I just tightened them as I would any device I install.
