lost neutral at RV Park Pedestal

Motorhome, 50 amp pedestal

Lost computer and washer/dryer combo. Rv Tech said only the tv's and microwave would be affected???? Yet this did not happen, they were not affected. Only the computer and washer/dryer??
Can anyone draw a diagram about how power travels in a 50 amp system when the neutral is lost. Or explain it better.
Please explain how the neutral is the balance and then how when lost it can travel between the two hot wires and surge up to 240 volts?
Most important why it did not blow the tv's and microwave, yet blew other things instead.

I really need to understand this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
