lost neutrual

i have and induction unit at 277 volts it has 286 to ground and 250 volts hot to neutrual,when unit cuts on voltage drops to 200 volts so the unit is not putting out no heat

You've got a poor connection somewhere. Step one would be to determine whether it's a line issue or a neutral issue.

Which voltage drops under load? Try measuring line-to-ground while under load, too.

nameplate voltage is 277 volt what it does is that there is a riser thats feed down and feeds three along the window,i disconnect it and read open to the unit,i guess the mc could be bad in the wall or broke somewhere
