Is it permitted or required or mandatory per practice to bond MV or HV to Low Voltage systems so as to have a common equipotential plane?

Thanks.

Re: Low and Medium Voltage Bonding

IMHO - all systems should be bonded to the same grounding electrode system, regardless of voltage, in a manner that prevents objectionable currents on the bonding or grounding conductors.

Code requires systems to be grounded with some exceptions. If a system is grounded it must be bonded to the premises grounding system (building steel, water piping, Ufer ground, ground grid, etc.) doesn't this mean that all voltage levels should have a common grounding system?
