Generac 17.5 kw generator model 0058851, had a lightening storm role through last week, generator came on and shut off with low voltage on display. Unit starts in manual position for about a minute. Checked voltage across L1 and L2 while unit was operating had 371 vac. Did a visual under panel all looks good.
im thinking the avr is bad, however there is no breakdown in the manual. Any suggestions on what to try next or where to find a parts manual .
