All the lights in the house are out except for a kitchen light. I disconnected the relay .the light stays on. Probably stuck. I disconnected the main feed to the junction boxes with relays in them. I tested the transverter. It has 32 volts. I bypassed the switch on one of the relays and went straight to the transverter. Nothing happens. Could transverter still be bad even though I get 32 volts out of it. I also checked the switches to make sure they weren't stuck.
