Got lucky twice lately. Small stuff but I'll take any blessing that comes my way. Usually so much unexpected junk....

On one job, had to change room from 1 single pole switch to 2 3 ways & a 4 way. Existing switch had 12-3 pulled to it, red not being used. I used box above it for the other new switches. Pulled 2 12-2 MC's to the 4 way & 1 12-3 to the other 3 way. Walls were fairly easy to fish, getting cable across ceiling was biggest challenge. Made right joints at the box & all was good. Added an extension to it & closed up. Thanks to the guy who ran that 12-3. He helped me out and will never know it unless it was one of you.:D

On the next job, someone had properly terminated original neutrals on the rear bar instead of the front. I didn't have to snake around to the back side of a crowded bar. Thanks to him too! Starting from rear seems like a small thing but it sure helps the next guy.

We had just had a long run of real junk work, so these small favors meant a lot.

Sometimes you get a break. Just the other day I added some can lights to a bedroom. All that was there before was a ceiling fan/light. Customer wanted to switch the cans separate from the fan. I was going through all the ways I could to get the wires down to add the switch. I decided to go ahead and take out the switch and box to add a 2-gang box. When I took out the switch I found they had run 14-3 to the fan but didn't use the red wire. Problem solved! Left the SG box and just added a stacked/tandem switch.

Good thing. BTW, I recently had to order a stack switch from Amazon. Everyone here had the sp/sp and sp/3w but no one had 3w/3w.
