It is interesting that most guys in the field or at the supply house will tell you it is OK to use an electronic LV dimmer on magnetic LV loads, but lutron states very clearly you may not.
While other manufacturers , such as Vantage , have dimming modules that dim both ELV & MLV loads with the same circuit.
