1./ this is not a free design service.
2./ English IS the conversation language.

If you have Excel, try using the Solver function (under Tools - you may have to install the Analysis TookPak).

For future reference, this forum mostly deals with US systems subject to the NEC (National Electrical Code). Much of what you see here may not apply in India.

You may find more responses in http://www.eng-tips.com/ which has more international respondents.

Aside from those suggestions, the little I have to offer is that it appears you want to limit your maximum demand (Md?) and you have variable loads which, if added together as continuous, would be 290kVA and exceed your contracted demand of 200kVA. So I assume you are looking for help in coming up with operational strategies to manage your demand, maybe by time management of your processes or by shedding of non-critical loads etc.

I'm not looking to confirm or actually help you with that, but I'll offer that there are some very good software programs that will help you to do that (assuming you don't want to just hire someone with experience in demand management). Look at SKM Power Tools or another one like it called ETAP, both have websites that explain what they have to offer.

They may even have Hindi versions available ;)

personally if all the processes are part of the overall operation, I don't see how it is possible for you to shed 1/3 of your demand. That's not to say it can't be done, but as others have said you probably need professional assistance with this task, and more than likely you will need some help in your native language.

good luck with this
