Why in the world would a jiffy clip (Madison) need to be bonded?
Do we have people that go around taking cover plates off so they can touch the clip?
Just as metal clamps in nonmetallic boxes don?t get bonded the clip don?t get bonded.
Metal screws installed to hold a box don?t get bonded either.
