I plan to install this service for my dad. I live in Louisiana. I believe it's 2008.

OK.

Install the pole between 3' and 30' to satisfy the power co. Buy mobile home feeder and you are good to go. No additional disconnect required.

yes I thought that "within sight" was either within sight or 50" does this differ in different applications?
