Main bonding jumper

Hello,
I am totally off- grid. I will be using a 7200w generator for permanent(until i up grade to 15kw gen.) power. Do i bond gr.'s & neu.'s or leave them seperate. Ive driven 2 rods for GEC. Will this suffice or do i put in a main bonding jumper? Also, solar in the future. (200A panel)
