Is it SEU? Alcan makes something that looks like that as SER
Nevermind I was paying attention to the 4th conductor.

It has NEVER been customary for someone to just post a bunch of pics, and play 'look at this bad job' without the Original Poster being required (as a forum ettiquite) to be the first to give reason as to what he or she thinks is the violation(s).
When I look at my photos, it helps to remind me of the requirements and of the code sections that apply. I want to share these with others who can also hopefully be reminded and/or learn.
As you can tell by the photos, many out there still need some help.
To me your are just a means to belittle those that you have had to inspect. If these posts where really about teaching you would be providing code references instead of just saying 'that ship has sailed'.
I am going to be honest here, you are coming across as a crotchety inspector who has nothing but contempt for those you have to inspect and you seem more concerned about people 'wasting you're time' then the fact you are paid to inspect work, good or bad.
So start helping. Explain the violations, the photos alone do nothing!
Only on the load side of the main, which is the black conductor with the white stripe in this case.I don't do much SE cable but is that a neutral and need to be a insulated conductor
