maintenance electrician permits

So I am the sole maintenance electrician at a college in washington and I need to pull a permit for a satellite campus. Since I am not a contractor I assume it's ok to just pull the permit as the property owner? The only thing I can find is that it is allowable for a commercial or industrial location with maintenance electricians to pull an annual permit which is what I have always worked under and our main campus uses that but our satellite campus is small and only needs me to go up there a few times a year.

Yes as the full time employee of the college you can pull the required permit, I did so many times at the city I worked at in WA
