Making a simple line diagram

A few of the towns that I often do service changes in require a line diagram of the new service. We're talking typical 200 Amp service upgrades with 4/0 AL, but they want the diagrams.

I've always drew them by hand, but it looks very unprofessional.

I don't know anything about image editing, is there any simple program out there that a beginner can make a simple line diagram with?
