Thanks a lot. Why is it they ask for it to be pulled through the conduit before pulling the wire? To make sure the pipe is clear of debris etc.? Thanks.

It ensures clean and clear conduit. Somtimes conduit gets ovaled or pinched one way or another. Or the raduis of the segments are too small or tight per the POCO requirements.
