Master electrician

Is master electrician allowed to sign off on drawings if job was very simple such as supply power to state approved trailer, show grounding electrode system, disco within 30 feet per 550? Does any AHJ allow it?

Your locality should have a document that explains when a Master may do engineering and when it must be an architect.
