I completed my apprentice hours, got my journeyman's and then switched jobs. I work for a large contractor as an electrical estimator now and not under a master. I would like to get my master's eventually but don't know how I will be able to meet the requirements not working under a master. Any advice on what I can do?

Does you company have any masters that are willing to "supervise" your work. i don't recall that hours worked have to be of any particular type, just electrical work and estimating is electrical work. Take a look at what work qualifies.
