Hey all,

Thanks in advance for the help..

I'm feeding a 3 phase 208 rooftop unit, and the closest junction box with 208 is about 15 feet away...

I'd like to run 3/4" Sealtite from the disconnect on the roof to the junction box, but am unsure what article lists the max length of liquidtight i can use.

I remember a certain article that states if the liquidtight is over 6', it needs a separate grounding wire, which is fine, but can't find the rest..

???

Check out article 350.

The length restrictions you are thinking about are for LFNC, see 356.10(5) & 356.12 (3).

Why not use non-metallic liquidtight instead? If it's in the specs, fine, but if it's not, I wouldn't use the stuff if it were free. It has a nasty habit of rusting out.

Secure it like it is regular conduit.350.30 A & B
allows it to be run as far as you want. The 6 ft part pertains to a whip from disc. to equiptment.
