Max receptacle height

Is there a maximum height for a convenience receptacle in a commercial hallway? If considered electrical equipment, max would be 6' 6", but that could possibly be stretching a definition.....

No maximum unless it's being counted as the required wall space receptacles in a dwelling then the max is 5'6".

An outlet is not required in a hallway in a commercial building. After that, it doesn't really matter.
Put it where you want.

There are ADA requirements but if it is just a hall outlet I don't believe it needs to be ADA specific
