Thats the plan. Check everything up top and see if i can get rid of the 40 volts on drain wires for signal and thermocouple cables... It was strange i was trying to land the drain wires in different locations as the engineer suggested, and i noticed if my hand was touching the metal back plate and the choke wire id get the target light to flash, or light up... then in some other combinations if i was holding the signal drain wire and would touch the egc the light would get brighter as i would squeeze down. I kept feeling like i was getting a little tingle from either the back plate or the drain wire and when i checked voltage i was getting 39 to 40 volts on the drain wire....Unless there's an intentional bias on them (highly doubtful) I'd chase that first.
