does anyone know if the NEC addresses a rule know as
"any 2-2pole circuits cannot meet or exceed the size of the main"...
I remember seeing this But I cant seem to find the code section,,,

if there are any code experts out there please reply..

No such rule. The main breaker will be the load limit regardless of what the branch breakers add up to.

I guess iam answering my own question,,, 408.36,,,I remember reading this a while back,, and made a mental note to remember this ... " not more than 2
main circuit breakers or sets of fuses having a combined rating not greater
than of the panelboard",,, i though it was the "main breaker" but it was refering to the rating of the panelboard...

It may have a maximum size that can be on the same bus finger.
I seem to recall that SqD QO can have a max of 125 amps on each finger, so I couldn't have, say, a 90 amp at position 1-3 and a 60 amp at position 2-4

You are correct, this would be a different question.
