How would you make a 90 degree bend with #250 Copper MC cable? Assume one can't unless it's a long sweep or you put a box but then you need to splice?
A large conduit bender? How would you make a 90 degree bend with #250 Copper MC cable?
You would then have to splice. If you need to bend it tighter then what it wants to do put in an LB.
You could transition from cable to conduit with a connector. You would then have to splice.
Thanks. You could transition from cable to conduit with a connector.
I use 250-4 AL MC cable often and it bends pretty tight - I would say easily tighter than the radius of A 2" EMT 90. Copper is going to be more of a battle to bend and make stay and heavy as hell but doable. Personally I would use 350 AL MC.
