I was wondering if their are any stipulations to using mc cable in residential not covered by the NEC that would be in the California Electrical Code. Re wiring my 1961 house with mc cable.

First things first...do you have a copy of the California Electric Code? Here in MA we get an insert-type pamphlet of all amendments to the code.

I just got a digital copy and found that there were no changes from the NEC and CEC that I found.
