What wiring method is best for hard wiring garbage disposal? MC cable , So Cors, or non metallic flex? Actually looking for cheapest. IMO MC cable is best and cheapest way to go if hard wire

It sort of depends on whether or not it is considered subject to physical damage.

I've always used AC, MC or Greenfield. How much do you really need, a couple of feet?

I've seen NM used a lot.
