one could take an L shaped bracket and bolt it to the back of the PB and bring the MC to a connector in the bracket.

One could do a lot of things but I realy don't think you understand contracting. The idea is to get in, get out and on to the next one. Doing 'odd' things will often cause return trips when the inspector is not as much into creativity as you are.

There is no strap on the EMT comming into the top of the panel.

There is no strap on the EMT comming into the top of the panel.

There was no strap in the first picture either, but it was going to be a quick fix to put one on.
