MC cable with al conductors for feeders in nursing home

With copper wire costing more everyday, "value" engineering is all I hear. Can you use MC cable with aluminum conductors as feeders in a nursing home. Then does the ECG have to be insulated. Looks to me that Southwire is saying that their cable can be used.

For a feeder I don't see that a separate equipment grounding conductor is required if supplied by a metal raceway or metallic sheathed cable that the raceway or sheath qualifies an an equipment grounding conductor, unless the equipment it serves is in a patient care area.
