If you can get MC cable with an insilated ground whats the difference between regular MC vs. Hospital grade??

Hospital circuits require a ground path and a shell bonded path that are isolated from one another. MC by default does not provide a ground path in the shell by default.

There is a newer type of MC cable called MC AP that is a cross between AC and MC. It saves 30% on installation as there is no EGC to make up.

Hospital Grade "MC" is actually Type AC cable, since as the others have mentioned, the armor of MC cable is not listed for grounding.
