Mc to conduit fitting

Is this a code compliant change over. A listed mc to 3/4 emt connector. I can’t seem to find anything saying that it is not. 300.15 F says an identified fitting shall be permitted in lieu of a box as long as it remains accessible. Someone was saying it’s a violation because it skips a trade size, going from 3/8 to 3/4. Maybe this was a spec somewhere just trying to see if anyone has herd of that before. Thanks

You can purchase listed fittings that go from 3/4 to 3/8 or MC.

Yea I know that, more or less We used them on jobs then there was a job where someone was saying we couldn’t because of something in the code about skipping raceway sizes as in the transition went from 3/8 to 3/4 and skipped half inch. Wonder if anyone herd of anything like that, or might just be crap.
