Med Voltage Cables - stress cones required

I have a project where the customer is sending me a 45KVA XFMR 4160V-208/120V. This transformer will cable to a Eaton-Cutler hammer ampgard motor starter. My questions is - am I required to use MV Shielded cable for this application. The transformer is equipped with two mechanical lugs for about #6 cable. A stress cone clearly will not fit here without modifications. The modifications will more than likely void the xfmr warranty.

Also the transformer will sit next to the ampgard starter.
