Medium Voltage Reference manual

I am a consulting engineer and most all of the designs I have done have been with 480V (low voltage). I am new to the realm of medium voltage design (2000V+) and was wondering if anyone knew of any good engineering reference manuals that were good for medium voltage design?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
