I always look at fault current stuff as life safety. I don’t know why you would want to do your own calculations and take responsibility for it in this situation especially since there’s already been mention on what the poco feels the values are…..I think the poco possibly moving and down sizing the transformer is an interesting solution, maybe even down size where it’s at

So what happens when they move or resize it again in 20 years? Using their calculations as a starting point makes your calculations conservative.
