I strictly work five days a week. I can't really understand working six days a week, let alone seven. I enjoy having two days off....although sometimes I will "work" on a Saturday but not for my employer. ("Work" meaning household stuff or church related projects.)

Chris; Increase your prices by 10% You may lose some customer, but you will be making more money in less time. Don't be scared to do it. Rule of thumb: call center should book 85% of incomming calls. Sales should close 80%. If your rate is higher than 80% closing you are to cheap! If it less than, you need sales training and more training!

How many call to ask why they did not get the job and track the result?
If you don't now what book and closing rate is you have a lot of work to do
