I have a customer that would like me to install some metal halide fixtures(outdoor rated, par30 lamps) with both remote core and coil ballasts and electronic ballasts at different locations. I am wondering what type of wiring would be acceptable for both of these applications. I was told that low capacitance wiring might be neccessary for the elctronic ballasts. Is this true? Also I would be installing these inside the home, wiring inside walls and ceiling. Is 12/2 nm my best bet?
