metal polebarn to pole meter/disconnect

I am in a rural area that set a meter/disconnect on a pole for us and left the service entrance to the customer.

I have worked for an electrical engineer in the city and never ran across these.

I am servicing a metal sided pole barn (wood poles) and am wondering if it should be serviced like a mobile home would be, with no neutral/ground bond in the panel and a green condoctor going back to bond in the meter base?

200 amp panel, underground conduit from pole (meterbase/disconnect) to panel inside barn.

Also, I assume the siding should be bonded in some fashion.

It should seem elementary, but never-the-less, I want to do it right!

Thanks

Sounds about right. You may want to make sure the meter disconnect is grounded properly. Also the metal siding should be bonded. Chances are most guys don't do it though.
