Accepted as what ? Do you mean like a meter base combo? If so , yes. They even have Emergency Disconnect stamped on them. It might depend on location.

I think the one I installed last week won't be, 400 amp metermain with 2 @200 amp breakers? I'll either need 400 amp main breaker or the 2 @ 200 in separate enclosures?
